e-church?

Thanks to Jay Howver for finding this "interview" with Brian McLaren. It's hardly fair or even reasonable.

For example, this guy reporting (who is from a very staunch Reformational point of view) cannot even see that in his own tradition, there has been large swings of the pendulum (from sola tradition to sola scriptura, etc.). And who has heard of e-church? What?

I think another point that is funny is how this guy cannot see that the Good News existed early on in Christ's life, not just after he died. I think that's where the major disconnect is. Hmm.

I am grateful that there is a person who is willing to ask the questions that Brian McLaren is asking.

..."Good News existed early on in Christ's life, not just after he died."

Very good. In all his preaching, Jesus never linked his death to atonement or salvation. The "Good News" he urged us to believe in was his teaching on how to live in the true Kingdom.
