I'll be honest here, i get all of them except the starbucks one. They pay their employees fair market rate; and not only do they have good insurance but part-timers get the same package, as well.
I may not like them due in large part to their ubiquity, but after working for them, people need to remember it's just a coffee job, one in which the perks of far out weigh those of the local indie coffee shop.
